Intended Audience: Primary Teachers Grades K-3
Description: Beginning Reader's Workshop (based on the work of Lucy Calkins) will be presented by Stephanie Parsons. In Reader's Workshop, students are explicitly taught the strategies and habits of effective reading. They learn to talk, think and write well about their reading to live richly literate lives. Lunch will be provided on Monday.
